Hello!
Just a short post to give you an update on whats been happening and why there has been a lack of posts. I have just come back from being on holiday in Germany, visiting family. Unfortunately the post I had planned to put up whilst I was out there was lost and I couldn’t do another one as I didn’t have my laptop.
Anyway, this is by no means an excuse and as an apology I have a few posts lined up for the next few days to catch up!

Ok so for my post today I figured it might be interesting to show you my nighttime routine and what products I use. Can I apologise in advance for the amount of pictures I took, I’ve literally taken pictures of every step so this is going to be a long post (sorry!).
I first began with makeup at age 12, when I started high school. I had a strict dad and therefore, wasn’t allowed to wear makeup when I was younger, however when I started seeing girls at school with black eyes and pink cheeks I became a bit curious. I still remember the first time I wore foundation, one of my friends put it on me in the school toilets at the end of the day, and I proudly wore it for the whole 40 minute walk home before running upstairs and scrubbing it off before my parents saw. There was also my first experience with eyeliner thanks to another one of my friends, Amy (who is still one of my best friends and now comes to me for eyeliner tips). Hello, This is my first blog post on this blog. I have run other blogs before however I have never used WordPress before so please bear with me if my site doesn’t look the best.
The aim of this blog is to provide ideas for those interested in make-up and fashion who are on minimum wage or less. Be aware I am a 17-year-old student with no professional makeup training or previous knowledge this site will consist of things I have picked up over the years whilst developing my own interest in makeup.
I live on a wage of about £36 a week, and although I do have other things to pay for I manage to maintain my obsession with beauty on this budget. Please don’t expect amazing things from this blog, I will admit that I do own a few high-end-ish products however these will be rarely used when describing and creating looks for this blog (except for my real technique brushes, which I do recommend saving up to purchase a set of good brushes as they can help with any look).
Anyway, my aim is to keep this introduction short and begin creating blog posts, I hope this blog will be a good platform for those already interested in, or attempting to begin with beauty whilst only having limited funds available to them.
